I qualified as a Reflexologist initially and as part of my ongoing professional development I enrolled onto the Advanced Fertility Reflexology course run by the award-winning author and Reflexologist, Barbara Scott. The course content resonated with me because several close friends have experienced fertility challenges so I've witnessed firsthand the emotional, mental and physical toll it takes on couples.

My counselling skills complement the Reproflexology, allowing me to work with people with a hands-on physical treatment and use talking therapy to work through the emotional aspects of trying to conceive.

A lifelong interest in good health manifests itself in me listening to endless podcasts and reading book after book on wellness related topics. I have in-depth knowledge of sleep, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness and positive psychology and I will refer you to a specialist when necessary.

Outside of work you'll often find me running along the Cotswold lanes with my baby boy in the buggy and two bouncy black cocker spaniels for company. My big passions are fitness and well-being related - triathlon, yoga, camping, cooking, meditating and spending quality time with family and friends.
